We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall Endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any merchandise bought from GG Bazaar within 15 days from the original date of invoice, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging

In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly contact Customer Service
We provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects, if the concerned product is brought to our store within 90 days from the date of invoice
Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. All minor defects will be considered for repair first and not replaced.
Articles covered under Claim Policy:
Claims can be lodged only for footwear, bags & belts. No claim is admissible on socks, shoe care and foot care products or other non-footwear items

All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by original Invoice.
Articles / Product sold under any promotional scheme including but not limited to discount coupons / gift coupons issued under any promotional scheme of BIL or any third party will not be eligible for exchange & Claim/Refund.

For Exchange or Claim, it is mandatory to have the article inspected by the store and to return the article to our stores, upon approval of exchange/claim

No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email will be provided)
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Not with standing anything contained here in, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)
External Packaging: Photo or video showing the Front, Back and all Sides of the outside packaging with readable Air Waybill before opening.
Internal Packaging: Photo or Video showing the condition of the internal packaging upon opening of the parcel.
The photo or video should show if the items are properly packed and secured by the Seller.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.

If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
